- The app is not responsive. With my phone, I cant see some of its text. - I tried to register 4 times. Each time failed. It is obligatory to introduce your travel document type and number, but you can only use a Spanish ID card or a foreign passport... I use my ID card to travel around the EU, and its not Spanish. So the app just refuses to register me saying the number is invalid! If you skip all the registration steps and go directly to the ID type and number, the app blocks completely and you have to restart your phone to make it work again. Its just a lost of time. Dont download it unless they fix it.

Nothing, literally nothing is working in this app. I sincerely hope Air Europa does a better job maintaining their planes than making such a simple app run.

Nothing works! Hope the aircraft is more relieable.

Looks pretty, works horribly. I can login online, but the exact same credentials will not work on the app. Its ridiculous! Please improve your product!

Very poor update to an app that was previously working. Impossible to either log on or register, the forgot my password button does not work. I ended up printing my boarding pass from the web site. Before looking good, it is important to actually work.

Despite the new version Im continously kicked out of the check-in process. After checking in over the web-browser the boarding pass is displayed on the app but the information of Sky Priority is not displayed. Means: re-print the ticket at the airport in order to get through the Sky Priority security control in Barajas Terminal 2.

Impossible to register or log to be able to use it !

Its impossible to register. Always an error message. First time I saw an Airline App with such bad user experience.

No matter what i search, i allways have the same answer : no flight available... :(

Crappiest app I ever found . Not user friendly. Cannot find my bookings. Total mess

The app looks modern, but works pretty badly. Why do we need a specific password: Flying Blue number is not good enough for Air Europa?? Why do we need to register just to use the app for check-in?? By the way, it was impossible for me to check-in (and even get my reservation)...despite it is a UX ticket (and I can perfectly see my flight...on the Air France app with my Flying Blue number). Oh, yes, its Air Europa.

Flight that I can found with my computer doesnt appear with the iPhone app ...

No Flight available-the only information you can obtain. For any date you try. Perhaps Air Europa have no planes ?

Whatever the search there is never any availability on the app whereas there is plenty on the Internet site.

One of the worst airline app: really hard to access basic functions and you have to create an account! Impossible (or didnt find yet) to upload your BP to wallet!

You need to register to access basic options (like saving a boarding pass to your wallet) and it is very difficult to do any usual things youcan easily do with other airlines apps. Deleted after first use

30 minutes lost to try to register to have my boarding card in my phone... Registration ok but impossible to connect after. While wallet Apps exist, this App is really creating headhache to customers without any unterest. Avoid it !

You can only search if you are registred.

The app is terrible! A lot of data erros appers on the screen all the time.... The company really shoudnt have put it online with so many things to be corrected

That App is very reliable in not working.
