- The app is not responsive. With my phone, I cant see some of its text. - I tried to register 4 times. Each time failed. It is obligatory to introduce your travel document type and number, but you can only use a Spanish ID card or a foreign passport... I use my ID card to travel around the EU, and its not Spanish. So the app just refuses to register me saying the number is invalid! If you skip all the registration steps and go directly to the ID type and number, the app blocks completely and you have to restart your phone to make it work again. Its just a lost of time. Dont download it unless they fix it.
Nothing, literally nothing is working in this app. I sincerely hope Air Europa does a better job maintaining their planes than making such a simple app run.

Looks pretty, works horribly. I can login online, but the exact same credentials will not work on the app. Its ridiculous! Please improve your product!
Very poor update to an app that was previously working. Impossible to either log on or register, the forgot my password button does not work. I ended up printing my boarding pass from the web site. Before looking good, it is important to actually work.
