Total crap. Does not work at all

You can not even register - gives you an error right away

Registration Leads to error about not valid Email with any correct Email!

Since I am trying to use this application whether to find out about a round trip from Frankfort / San Juan via Madrid of the routinely flights on Thursday or Sunday of UX11/12 for like one year or for example just the flight from Madrid to San Juan there is no possibility to get any information except " no availability " which is not true ! Any time I check for an update of making this app work I get disappointed again ! This app is definitely not worth of uploading ! Wasted MB !

It was good but after the last update it doesnt work anymore. And Ive got a flight tomorrow!! Shame on you!

I cant register an account because the app has crashed over and over again.

5 days unable to do checkin via this app or the web page. Air europa is suffering delays and I bet it is related to the inability to do online checkins. Stay away from this airline whenever possible.

Unable to select destination. Does not recognize airport codes. Useless.

But then it wouldnt accept my Portuguese passport number. Useless.

I got it to run on my iPad 2, but not on my iPhone 6+

Have installed on iPhone 6 and when entering my booking info all I get is "No reservation matching this criteria. Please try again" However the same booking info works on their web site. UPDATE - App still does not recognize my Booking Code. Had to check-in using the web site. App is useless.

Far and away the worst app experience possible. There are so many mistakes, its inconceivable they ever actually tested it. Massive waste of time. Only thing going for it is that it looks good.

As in the title I said, this app works really good, and seems part of a new Air Europa corporate ID, but for me as graphic designer it has two big problems. 1. Always when you starts the app, it place the same destination as suggested, for a better marketing it should change the destination of the front between 3 or 4, only to put somewhere different to the customer that open the app each time. 2. After the first opening delete the Welcome to the new app of Air Europa because the first time I open it I would like to see that message, but all the times that I navigate over the app, see the same message makes me to start hating the app. For the rest! A really nice design, a really good working, and it really simplify the way people buy the travel tickets.

I tried 3 times to use it.....3 times and couldnt log inn. Worthless app. Very disappointed.

This app doesnt work.

Does not find any flight available. "Any".

I downloaded the app prior to our trip, hoping that I would be able to access my flight info, change seats, etc. I tried for 45 minutes to access "my bookings”, but could not find any trace of my flight nor add the flight. I went to the AirEuropa website on my MacBook (horrible mobile version) and was able to find the flight and print my boarding passes. Over 2 hours later, I was still unable to pull up my record, my boarding passes, anything other than basic info on the flight itself. Really bad job of putting this together, and too bad, the app actually looks pretty nice.
